Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping, return, and exchange policies are an integral part of any business. Although these policies are designed to protect both businesses and consumers, we highly value our customers and are committed to working with you to find a solution to any issues you may have with our products or services.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will typically be shipped in 1-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Express orders will receive priority, but we cannot guarantee same day shipment.

 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

Orders placed after 11am CST on Friday will ship the next business day (first non-holiday after the weekend).

​SHIPPING 

We offer 3 primary types of shipping:

Standard Ground (3-5 business days), Express (2 business days), and Overnight (1 business day). ​

Customers located in the greater DFW area with bulk orders over $150 may qualify for hand delivery.

A custom order request is required to utilize this service and is not guaranteed available. 

RETURNS

30 DAY RETURN POLICY, WITH EXCEPTIONS

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy with the following stipulations:

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged and you accept the item or product in its shipped condition. Please reach out for items damaged during shipping.

Non-customized Items:

You may return or exchange items for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all original tags and packaging. Returns are subject to shipping and handling charges to be paid by the customer.

Customized Items:

Returns and exchanges require prior approval from our customer service team. Please contact us at Support@AlopexBlu.com or call us at 214-554-1449 to discuss your options.

Customized items that were incorrectly produced or are faulty may still qualify for a return under our 30-day return policy. These exceptions must be approved and accepted by Alopex Blu, LLC. An exchange or reproduction may also be available upon request.

Damaged or Broken Items

We will not accept returns for items that have been broken or damaged unless the damage occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the returns process.

Improper Care

Items that have been damaged due to not following proper care instructions will not be accepted for return or exchange. please refer to our care instructions provided with your purchase to ensure the longevity of your item.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us either at Support@AlopexBlu.com, our Contact Us page or by calling US+1-214-554-1449 within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange for another size or a different product, please contact us at Support@AlopexBlu.com or call us at 214-554-1449 to discuss your options and we will assist you in setting up your exchange.

Once your original item is received back with your approved exchange information, your replacement items will be shipped automatically under or normal shipping policy. 

​

Please be sure to include your approved exchange information in your return as missing exchange information will delay the shipment of your exchange while we confirm the accuracy and details of the return.

​

Items marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged.
